At Isles Of Beauty Med Spa, we accept cash and credit cards. We require a full payment in advance for any services. Personal checks are not accepted.
At Isles Of Beauty Med Spa, we do our best to accommodate all our patients. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to check in. Please let us know if you are running late. However, we reserve the right to cancel any appointment if the patient is 10 or more minutes late as a courtesy to the patients scheduled after you. In the event you are running late, we will try our best to accommodate you but your treatment time might be shorter than scheduled. You may be charged a cancellation fee for appointments that are cancelled due to being late.
Late Cancellations and No Show Policy
As a courtesy, please confirm appointments 48 hours in advance via text message or email. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours business hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. We require a 48-hour minimum cancellation/reschedule notice. Unconfirmed appointments are not guaranteed.
Less than 48 hours notice will be charged $25. No show appointments are charged $50.
Good Faith Exam (GFE)
At Isles Of Beauty Med Spa, we are required by the state of California law to have ALL our patients complete a Good Faith Exam (GFE) with a physician, PA, or an NP. The GFE will be completed at our office through a third party prior to your procedure. New patients and current patients who are requesting a new treatment are responsible for a one-time fee of $29.99 to cover the GFE which is valid for one full year for any cleared procedures. The GFE is a requirement in California to provide medical clearance for any cosmetic procedures, as well as to ensure that there are no contraindications in your medical history that prevent you from receiving the desired procedure.
At Isles Of Beauty Med Spa, we do not include gratuity in our treatments and services pricing. However, we do accept gratuity per our patients' discretion and satisfaction.
The HIPAA Privacy Rule establishes national standards to protect individuals' medical records and other individually identifiable health information (collectively defined as “protected health information”) and applies to health plans, health care clearinghouses, and those health care providers that conduct certain health care transactions electronically. The Rule requires appropriate safeguards to protect the privacy of protected health information and sets limits and conditions on the uses and disclosures that may be made of such information without an individual’s authorization. The Rule also gives individuals rights over their protected health information, including rights to examine and obtain a copy of their health records, to direct a covered entity to transmit to a third party an electronic copy of their protected health information in an electronic health record, and to request corrections.
